Suffolk County - $10 - $20 (Nassua/Suffolk Border to Ronkonkoma)
                        - $20 and up (East of Ronkonkoma)

Brooklyn - $15 - 20

Queens - $10 - $23

Manhattan - $23 - $30 (Plus Tolls)

Bronx - $20 - S35 (Plus Tolls)

Staten Island - $20 - $30 (Plus Tolls)
